| Bruce Greene - fiddle | |
September
1996 - from Burnsville, North Carolina, Bruce visited both
the Old Town School and the David Adler Cultural Center in
Libertyville. He jammed with OTS teachers and visited the Old-Time
Ensemble class on Wednesday. His visit ended with a
workshop at the Adler Cultural Center
It began in Libertyville with hiss appearance at the Old-Time
Fiddlers Reunion.

The next two tunes were from a jam session at the Farm Heritage
Festival at
the Lake County Museum in Wauconda, Illinois. He learned both
from old home recordings of John Salyer, carefully preserved
by the Salyer
family of Salyersville, Kentucky.
